My favorite time of year is almost here, and that means Fall Sessions at Dragonfly Dream Photography!

There is something about fall in the Catoctin Mountains that I absolutely love. The changing leaves, golden evening light, pumpkins, mums and crisp autumn air create the perfect setting for updating your family photos.

This year we'll have four outdoor options here at the studio near Thurmont, Maryland, including our brand-new greenhouse dressed for its very first fall! 🤍🍂

We're also heading back to one of my favorite locations, Renfrew Park, for one special day of fall sessions.

🍁 Fall at the Studio

Our studio property is tucked into the beautiful Catoctin Mountains and gives us several completely different looks without having to travel anywhere.

🛻 Classic Fall Truck

One of our most-loved fall traditions!

Our classic old truck will be surrounded by pumpkins, colorful mums and beautiful fall details for that cozy, nostalgic autumn look.

It's a wonderful choice for families and children and has become a Dragonfly fall favorite year after year.

🤍🍂 Fall in the Greenhouse

Brand new this year!

Our beautiful white greenhouse with its warm-toned trim is making its fall debut, surrounded by pumpkins, mums, straw bales and natural autumn details.

The greenhouse gives us a warm, timeless setting with just enough fall color while still keeping the focus on your family.

I have been waiting a long time to photograph this setup, and I cannot wait to finally share it with you!

Our studio property offers several beautiful natural locations where we can let the woods, fields, changing leaves and golden light do all the decorating for us.

This is a wonderful choice if you want relaxed, timeless family portraits that feel less like a themed session and more like a beautiful fall evening together.

🍁 Fall at Renfrew Park

We're heading back to Renfrew Park for ONE special day this fall: October 24th!

Renfrew is one of my favorite locations for fall portraits because of its gorgeous maple trees. When the timing is right, we get those incredible reds, oranges and rich fall colors that make this location so beautiful in October.

There are also plenty of different areas throughout the park, giving us lots of variety and a completely natural backdrop for your family.
